Good quality cycleway alongside the A40 just outside of Fishguard - gets you as far as the turn-off for Trecwn where you can take to country lanes.

NCN 4 uses a road closed to through motor traffic into Tenby.

NCN route 4 and the Pembrokeshire Coast Path use former coal tramway tunnels east from Saundersfoot (bikes must be pushed through).
